Shipping Information

We at Show Horse Tack know that you want your selection delivered promptly and reliably. We offer several shipping options to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, however, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, AFO/FPO addresses locations.

We offer the following shipping services:

Orders received by us by 4:00 PM central time will be processed the next business day. Upgrading an order to Express Shipping does not alter the processing time to assemble and pack your order, only the time allowed for delivery once it has been picked up by UPS. Please note that UPS does not pick up from us on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a prompt credit to your credit card account for the merchandise price, or for an exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt and credit card slip.
For custom orders, we do not take returns. If the original order was not correct, just send it back to us and we will correct the problem to your satisfaction.

Please pack the item(s) carefully with packing materials. Enclose your receipt slip and a short note detailing the action you wish us to take. Or print out the handy form found below to enclose in your return package with the packing slip. We will credit your credit card account for the purchase price and sales tax associated with the merchandise returned or we will exchange the item. Shipping costs and/or gift wrap costs are not refundable and the sender will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Alternatively, you may call us at (317) 296-3897 from 8:00 to 5:00 Central Time and we will help you with this process. Please provide your name and date purchased and order information (from the receipt slip) when you place this call.

1. Return credits will only be issued to the original purchaser's credit card account. No cash refunds will be made.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us at (317) 296-3897. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full credit to your account.

Items Received as a Gift

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please repack it carefully and return it to the address above within 30 days of receipt. You may exchange it for a comparable item or we will issue you a credit certificate. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account.
